Haven't played for a while, but I am this time around. Once again, Papertrey Ink is releasing new products on the 15th and they're inviting us to be inspired by the awesome projects that the Design Team have created. You can see all of the beautiful entries here at the new Papertrey Ink blog.
I was inspired by Betsy Veldman's work on Release Day 1, with her beautiful gilded edges and that gorgeous red rose.
I've actually been experimenting a lot this season with Nuvo Gilding Flakes (Sunkissed Copper is my favourite), and I tried stamping my Altenew deer head with glue and gilding it, but it didn't turn out quite the way I wanted. Instead, I chose to use just a regular stamped image (PTI Cocoa Bean ink). I LOVE those Gilding Flakes, but the frugal part of my personality is struggling with all the waste that happens when I use them, LOL.
This project ended up being a true United Nations of card making. Just look at my supply list!
